Petchsrivichai Enterprise Public Company Limited (“Company” or “PCE”) operates as a shareholding company. The main business is in the comprehensive palm oil industry, involving the manufacturing process of palm oil from upstream to downstream, and including warehouse facilities as well as modern transportation processes. These operations are divided into the following 4 distinct business segments.
The company is engaged in the production and sale of biodiesel, crude palm oil, semi-refined palm oil, and palm olein for consumption, as well as other by-products. This includes the generation and sale of electricity, as well as the purchase and sale of crude palm oil, palm kernel oil, palm kernels, and other palm-derived products to customers in Thailand and for export abroad.
Currently, the palm oil production and distribution business includes a crude palm oil extraction plant, a crude palm oil refining plant, a biodiesel production plant, and a palm olein production plant for consumption. These operations are managed by New Biodiesel Co., Ltd. (NBD). The purchase of crude palm oil, palm kernel oil, palm kernels, and related products from other producers for resale to customers in Thailand and abroad is handled by Paco Trading Co., Ltd. (PACO).
Procuring crude palm oil (CPO), Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO), Palm Kernel, and various other palm products, we facilitate their distribution both domestically and internationally, encompassing key markets such as Malaysia, India, and Bangladesh, where we operate under Paco Trading Co.,Ltd
The services mentioned are provided by Phet Srisachai Co., Ltd. (PC), which has extensive knowledge, expertise, and experience in the transport and logistics business for over 40 years. The company adheres to the quality standards of truck transport (Q Mark) from the Department of Land Transport. PC is registered as a fuel transporter under Section 12 of the Fuel Oil Trading Act B.E. 2543 and owns a total of 148 vehicles, including 117 trucks for palm oil products, 26 trucks for fuel products, and 5 trucks for general cargo.
Services are also provided by P.C. Marine 1992 Co., Ltd. (PCM), which is registered as a fuel transporter under Section 12 of the Fuel Oil Trading Act B.E. 2543 from the Department of Energy Business, Ministry of Energy. PCM owns a total of 13 vessels, including 3 tankers for oil or chemicals, 2 general cargo ships, and 8 vessels for transporting general cargo. All vessels are licensed by the Department of Marine and Commercial Navigation.
Revenue is generated from services provided by P.K. Marine Trading Co., Ltd. (PKM), including palm oil storage, general warehousing, bulk cargo storage, and loading/unloading services at two ports. These facilities are located in Mueang Surat Thani District, Surat Thani Province, and Bang Pakong District, Chachoengsao Province. The two palm oil storage facilities have a total storage capacity of 240,000 tons, with 47 tanks in Surat Thani that can store up to 200,000 tons and 11 tanks in Chachoengsao that can store up to 40,000 tons.
Additionally, at the palm oil storage and port facility in Mueang Surat Thani District, there is a general warehouse with a total service area of 33,000 square meters for storing consumer goods. There is also a bulk cargo storage area covering 20,000 square meters for storing bulk goods.
