The Prasitsupaphol Family Group founded Petchsrivichai Company Limited "PC" with the primary objective of engaging in the transportation service sector.

1990

P.K. Marine Trading Co., Ltd. ("PKM" formerly known as Kittriwichai 1990 Co., Ltd.), was established with the purpose of providing services related to oil depots, warehouses, and ports. These services encompass loading and unloading of goods, as well as the preparation of goods before shipment.

1992

Established in 1992 P.C. Marine (1992) Co., Ltd. "PCM" was founded with the specific aim of operating in the business of providing comprehensive freight forwarding services.

1995

in 1995 Paco Trading Co., Ltd. "PACO" was founded to engage in the trading of crude palm oil. The company focuses on the trading of palm kernel oil, palm kernels, and various other palm products, catering to both domestic and international markets.

2006

Established in 2006 New Biodiesel Company Limited "NBD" was founded with the primary objective of producing biodiesel (B100) and various other products derived from palm oil.

2013

Founded in 2013 Petchsrivichai Enterprise Company Limited "PCE", formerly recognized as Petchsrivichai Holding Company Limited, functions as a holding company. In this capacity, it serves as a parent entity with the primary responsibility of holding shares in other subsidiary companies.

2020

In 2020 New Biodiesel Company Limited "NBD" achieved carbon certification, marking its commitment to environmental sustainability on an international scale. Additionally, NBD obtained KOSHER Certification during the same period.

2021

In 2021 New Biodiesel Company Limited "NBD" undertook the structural organization of the Crushing Mill and Palm Oil Refinery Company Group. Concurrently, NBD assumed the management of shipping services through the entity P.C. Marine (1992) Company Limited "PCM".

2022

In 2022 Our primary focus is to meet customer requirements and ensure stringent compliance with product quality standards. Our steadfast commitment to customers and business operations is evidenced by our unwavering adherence to rigorous management and product standards.

2023

In 2023 The company underwent a significant transformation from a private entity to a public entity, officially becoming a Public Company Limited. As part of this transition, the registered capital was increased to 2,750,000 million baht. This capital was subsequently made available to the public for the first time through an Initial Public Offering (IPO), with distribution to existing shareholders based on their respective shareholdings
