If the investigation conducted by independent committees or audit committees, as per the complaint, concludes that an executive or employee is indeed at fault, the company will impose disciplinary actions. These may include verbal warnings, written warnings, salary or wage reduction, suspension without pay, termination of employment, and further legal actions in accordance with the law as appropriate.
