To prevent and mitigate risks associated with the hiring of government employees or state officials—which may constitute a "Revolving Door" phenomenon, violate the principles of good corporate governance, and lead to corruption—as well as to prevent conflicts of interest between personal and public domains that could damage the Company’s image, reputation, and credibility, the Chief Executive Officer and President hereby announces the Policy and Guidelines on Facilitation Payments and the Hiring of Government Employees (Revolving Door), in alignment with the best practices of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC)
